Week 3 - Stephen: Update

This week I made progress on doing more advanced tasks with the Arduino Uno, especially with using motors. I setup a loop that flashed LED's in an order that I can configure, as well as used the DC motors to move with code. I wish to perform more advanced tasks with these motors so that I could implement them into our project, as well as use it as a guide for the pseudo code.
